Citizen of the Week

This week's COW exemplifies what makes Eureka Springs special. Said her nominator, "Teresa Pelliccio is always first to step up with a fresh idea or helping hand. Upon hearing of the vandalism at Eureka Kids, she used an online community bulletin board to round up volunteers to repaint and repair the damage and solicited donations. Teresa was out-of-state visiting elderly relatives when all this happened, but she formulated a plan while on the road, returned to town and grabbed a paint brush. She also organized a walk across the state picking up 6,000 pounds of litter." Thank you Teresa!
