This is according to writer and artist Laura Mika-
Benton, who recently announced the forthcoming publication of The Tree of Life, her book of spiritual poetic prose, illustrated with 45 black and white photographs of the Historic District and Lake Leatherwood.
"It's not religious, but it is spiritual," said Mika-Benton, who is currently working on her second book, Reflections on the Tree of Life.
The Tree of Life is scheduled for release in spring 2009, but pre-publication copies are available at www.OneSpiritPublishing or through the author's Web site at http://laura-mika-benton.blogspot com.
Personally inscribed copies can be obtained at Romancing the Stone at 22 South Main St.
