Citizen of the Week

Wednesday, April 8, 2009
Bernie Hayden is way past due being nominated for COW. She goes above and beyond to help wherever she can. Bernie spends many hours a week volunteering at the Flint St. Food Pantry and raised $5,000 dollars ringing bells for the Salvation Army. She closely oversees the care of elderly parents, and jumps in to help needy folks, even to the point of personally getting them back on their feet when needed. She does all this in addition to her many duties as a minister's wife. Bernie always shows great love and kindness as she cheerfully and tirelessly serves others. Thanks, Bernie.
