Rebecca Ann (Dunham) Beeler Pierson, age 67, Holiday Island, died on July 16. She was born July 9, 1942 in Nixa, Mo., the daughter of Ross and Edna (Warren) Dunham.

Becky was a member of Holiday Island Baptist Church and served in the choir. She authored a cookbook, Aunt Becky's Fast and Yummy Gluten-Free Wheat-free Recipes and childhood stories of the Little Farm in the Ozarks and was a member of the Eureka Springs Celiac Sprue Support Group.

Survivors include: her husband of 21 years, Gene Pierson of Holiday Island; her son, Martin Beeler of Kansas City, Mo.; two grandsons, Joshua and James Stead, II; a great grandson, Ethan Stead; her brother, Warren Dunham of Springfield, Mo.; a sister, Phyllis Miller Cummins of Nixa, Mo.; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 20 years, Donald Beeler; her daughter-in-law, Jeanie Beeler; and a sister, Etta Jean Farley.

A funeral service was held at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark, Mo., with Pastor James Colwell officiating. Burial followed in Selmore Cemetery in Ozark, Mo.
