'Breaks Your Heart' sale, Feb. 13

Eureka Springs potter Karen Foster will host her 11th annual "Breaks Your Heart -- Imperfections" art sale and open studio reception on Saturday, Feb. 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition to ceramic seconds, smoke-fired pots and small clay hearts, Foster will also display her newly fired 2010 coffee cups with ribbon handles and her latest chicken sketches on small clay plates.

Attendees are invited to dress warmly and walk the traditional labyrinth mowed in the field next to her Lightning Ridge Studio. Refreshments will be served.

Visitors should turn south off US62E onto Lightning Ridge Rd., next to the Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down and follow the signs for 1/2 mile. For details, call 253-7310.
