Yikes Bikes! or 'are they gone yet?'

Can I get a couple of days of peace and quiet, now? Too loud and many just rude and obnoxious. Who caused our quaint little town to 'invite' so many? I can think of two past mayors. Thank you for your insight. Sure, some people make money. Some bars, some restaurants, some lodging. Because of this, the artistic scene is going away, if not already gone. Bikers say they are different and individuals yet look alike and even act alike. To me, a sad story. Wake up Eureka, we're giving away a gem. I've lived here 39 years and have seen many changes. This change is appalling. Maybe we should build a wall!

  • Yes, the bikes are annoying but we have ordinances in place to curtail some of the noise IF legally enforced. A motorcycle is a licensed vehicle same as a car BUT bikes are riding side by side which is against the law. I got a ticket in Sturgis so why not enforce the Ark Motor Vehicle law here in ES. I guess we chose the laws to enforce? This will run the bikes away. Oh well. Then change the law or enforce it.
