This listing includes individuals who have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty. As of Monday, Aug. 9, a total of 105 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Aug. 2

• Sara Garrison, 35, Berryville, was booked on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

• Austin Ryan McCalister, 28, Berryville, was booked on contempt of court.

• William Andrew McCanless, 29, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, false evidence of title, no proof of liability insurance, body attachment and failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

• Duh Nu, 32, Green Forest, was booked on driving while intoxicated, careless driving, driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI, no proof of liability insurance, driving left of center, implied consent, violation of interlock device and striking fixture upon highway.

• Kara Anne Pate, 42, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated-drugs, driving left of center, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance and furnishing prohibited articles.

• Jody Lynne Webb, 36, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest, implied consent and aggravated assault.

• Kai Win, 22, Green Forest, was booked on terroristic acts, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Aug. 3

• Mitchell Jason Doty, 45, Green Forest, was booked on hold for Harrison PD.

• Jose Antonio Gonzalez, 27, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on failure to pay fines.

• Arthur Montoya, 67, Berryville, was booked on 10-day court commitment.

• Joanna Padilla, 36, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license.

• Ted James Willman Jr., 50, Holiday Island, as booked on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, operation of vehicle without a license plate, speeding and failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Aug. 4

• Abner Dale Johnson, 40, Green Forest, was booked on possession of firearms by a certain person, second-degree battery and failure to pay.

• Dale Ward McUlley, 54, Berryville, was booked on operation of vehicle without a license plate, no liability insurance and no driver’s license.

• Jody Allen Tanner, 29, Oak Grove, as booked on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

• Jeremiah Jesus Villegas, 19, Green Forest, was booked on no driver’s license, speeding and no proof of liability insurance.

Aug. 5

• Kaitlyn Elizabeth Evans, 26, Berryville, was booked on first-degree criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and implied consent.

• Wendy Christin Lepe-Guevera, 33, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on no liability insurance.

• Eric Lee Pennington, 40, Bonanza, was booked on hold for Sebastian County.

• Viannei Serrano Rangel, 19, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear.

• Stephanie Michele Taylor, 32, Green Forest, was booked on possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Misty Ladawn Williams, 46, Berryville, was booked on failure to comply with Probation and Parole on possession of a Schedule I/II controlled substance.

Aug. 6

• Lea Candace Bradley, 34, Green Forest, was booked on possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jennifer Lea Charles, 50, Berryville, was booked on first-degree criminal mischief, theft of services and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Steven Porter King, 36, Alpena, was booked on identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI, no proof of liability insurance, failure to move to the left for an emergency vehicle, failure to appear on obstructing governmental operations and failure to appear on no proof of liability insurance and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

• Joshua Tyler Morrell, 25, Berryville, was booked on aggravated assault on a family or household member, third-degree domestic battery, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and white warrant.

• Kaela Sundy Lynn Nunnally, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental operations, speeding, expired registration and careless and prohibited driving.

• James Lucas Richardson, 40, Green Forest, was booked on disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

• Bryan Matthew Storment, 46, Jacksonville, was booked on second-degree battery and white warrant.

• James Coey Bellinger, 60, Green Forest, was booked on court commitment.

• Sarah Anne Black, 38, Eureka Springs, was booked on contempt of court on third-degree assault.

• David Adam Bogachoff, 56, Harrison, was booked on second-degree false imprisonment.

• Anthony Eugene Hall, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on public intoxication.

• Juan Pablo Salas-Mijares, 21, Green Forest, was booked on careless and prohibited driving, no driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance.

• James Baird Stober, 41, Lee’s Summit, Mo., was booked on driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and careless and prohibited driving.

• Avery James Walker, 22, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving while intoxicated, implied consent, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and careless and prohibited driving.

• Andrew Daniel Castaneda, 29, Berryville, was booked on theft of property.

• Patricia Delane Davis, 40, Berryville, was booked on hold for Benton County.

• Brooklynn Sky DeShields, 24, Berryville, was booked on hold for Benton County and hold for Boone County.

• Bracy Lee Hagler, 20, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated, possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher Alexander Quiett, 30, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication and failure to appear on failure to transfer vehicle registration.
