Cherry Lynn Sullivan of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, was born September 26, 1949 in Corpus Christi, Texas to William and Jonell (Powers) Sullivan. Cherry passed away September 7, 2020 in Eureka Springs at the age of 70.

Cherry was a sweet, kind, gentle soul. She was born in Texas, moved to Colorado at a young age and did most of her schooling there. She loved everything outdoor and spent her youth hiking the mountains of Colorado. She was a lover of all animals and brought many home although she was most passionate about her dogs. Cherry moved to Eureka Springs in 1980 where she was one of the first downtown Street Sweepers. You may remember her as being a clerk at the Two Dumb Dames fudge shop. She married the love of her life, Bob Perkins, in 1987. Cherry was dearly loved and will be missed by her family, her Brighton Ridge family, and her Full Faith Ministry family.

She is survived by two sisters Billie Jo Sullivan of Hatfield, Arkansas and Lana Walker of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; one brother Daniel Lloyd of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; one nephew Joel Walker; five nieces BJ Allee, Amanda Lindsey, Brandi Phillips, Bobbi Vaught, and Jennifer Wright; one aunt Barbara Dicks; one uncle Clifford Chambers; many great nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and all her brothers and sisters in Christ at Full Faith Ministry.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Perkins; parents William (Sullie) and Jonell Powers Sullivan; paternal grandparents George (Pink) and Mary Ford Sullivan; maternal grandparents William Joseph Powers and Hallie McGowan Powers Chambers; four uncles Paul William Powers, Robert Joseph Powers, Jack Powers, and Dewey Sullivan; two aunts Evelyn June Powers Moore and Elizabeth Sullivan McAlister.

A Memorial Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Eureka Springs Cemetery with Pastor Beverly Blankenship officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Full Faith Food Pantry, PO Box 3241, Eureka Springs, AR 72631. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
